Bucket truck work

Roadside trees, big limbs over a street, anything the bucket can park beside. Quicker than climbing, and the saw goes exactly where it is needed.

A tree on a building is taken off from the top down, so the roof does not get worse on the way out. If wires are involved, the power company makes them safe first.

    Say where the tree is, roughly how big, and what is near it: the house, the wires, the fence. A photo sent to the same number is worth more than a paragraph.

  2. A free quote, standing under it

    Access, lean, what is underneath and whether it is alive decide how a tree comes down, and none of that is visible over the phone. So it gets looked at.

  3. Down where it is aimed

    Felled whole into a gap picked before the saw starts, or taken apart from the top by a climber or the bucket where there is no gap to pick.

  4. What is left

Nichols Tree Removal LLC takes trees down across East Hampton and the towns around it. The crew wears orange, the trucks carry the duck, and the number on the doors is the number on this page. In July 2026 the bucket truck, the green pickup, the chipper and a mini excavator all rolled through the Old Home Days parade, crew and families in matching orange.

Most of the reels on the feed are shot from the top of the tree by whoever is up there, which is a fair way to judge a tree service before you let one into your yard. Bigger clearing jobs are teamed up with @greenearthsolutionsct.
